Catwalk offers a new generation of cat scratching posts. Not only available as off-the-shelf models, they can also be tailor-made to suit your needs, whether as a single
unit or an entire system.
You can not only determine the design of the scratching posts, but also choose/specify the colour of both the wood and cushion covers.
Catwalk´s wide range of products offers you over 1000 possibilities, allowing you the perfect combination of space and style.
We offer 3 years guarantee on all wood products and 1 year on the hemp-posts. In the interests of the environment, and to save you money, we will rewrap your hemp-posts should it one day wear out.

Please order per email. If you want a post that reaches from floor to ceiling, don't forget to send us the height of the room.

Terms of delivery:
Post&Packaging will cost between 15 and 45 Euros depending on the post ordered (or rather, the number of parcels required) for countries within the European Union. Please enquire for other countries.
Delivery will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks. We use the parcel service GLS, who unfortunately do not deliver on Saturdays. However, they can inform you beforehand on which day they will deliver the parcel.

Right of return:
We guarantee a right of return within 14 days (date of stamp) if you ordered a complete model from our shop. We are afraid to inform you that there is no right of return for custom made scratching posts. We will not accept a returned product if the postage was not fully paid. Products can only be taken back in flawless state. If you return a product, you cannot claim back the postage and packaging paid.

Don´t be afraid of doing it yourself!
A few pointers:
Let´s start at ground level. Due to its own weight and low centre of gravity a house has the advantage of always being stable. With ground-level houses and a post of over 180 cm (1800mm) we recommend using a wall fastening and / or ceiling extension.
If you start at the bottom with U2, U3 or U4, from a height of 60cm and upwards you will need a wall fastening Z1 or the post must end with a ceiling extension DS1,DS2 and DS3.
We then move onto the post, which is attached to the house with the the help of a connecting screw (VS1). Given that cats love to stretch whilst scratching, the post should have a minimum height of 50cm.
The next thing to do is attach the platforms and / or upper level houses and to combine them with subsequent posts. Depending on the height of the posts, one should finish the job with a ceiling extension, wall fastening, finishing cap Z5, or a toy Z3 and a (AS1).
It is possible to connect different posts, and even walls, with Catwalk´s different bridges. Multiple posts can mean height differences and these can be corrected with the use of a levelling disc Z4- Accessories.
Forget not to select your wood and cushion colors.

| Why are all Catwalk´s platforms paddle-shaped?
To allow your cat as much post as possible to climb and to give them plenty of space to really leap, unhindered by the platform itself. In this way the post can be attached to the wall and your little tiger can still easily reach every platform.
Why have a house with shutters?
As cats frequently don´t like going in their houses, we have designed built-in shutters. Often it is only the position of the entrance stops the little rascals. For this reason the shutters are moveable. A hidden or protected entrance to a wall or “out the back door” can sometimes work wonders! They also look good and offer flexibility in the design of the system.

| What is the difference between the three series? |

Orange series:
This is our standard series with one post and limited surface area.
|
Blue series:
This is the alternative to the Orange and Green series. With approx. the same economy of surface area as the Orange series it has two posts and is smaller than the Green series.
|
Green series:
Although not a must, this series is ideal for corners. The Green series has the most surface area and it is possible to attach the hammock (E10) between the two posts.
